Honey, I'm Home

Life is good outside of blogs and websites. Last weekend I was in Orlando coaching a group of at least 20 actors for the film, “The Legend of the Red Reaper”. The film is set for a worldwide release. The setting so far is at a house in Orlando, where the producers, the director, the lead, crew, fight trainers and some actors are camping out working hard preparing for the shoot. A lot of the actors are stunt people so the director, Matt Dean called me in to work with them and other actors. As I worked with the actors/stunt people others were being trained in martial arts and sword fighting right outside. I had to take a peek. I have a little background in Martial Arts and weapons so I am very interested in watching the work come alive for film. I was offered the role of a reaper, but had to turn it down, because the weekend they are shooting the scenes I would have been in I will be instructing my workshop in NYC. Yes, I had a fight scene. Well, I just have to wait for the prequel or sequel. http://www.indifilmshop.com/RedReaper.html

Glad you're back. Hope you won't find it too grim hanging with us in NYC rather than playing a reaper.

Elizabeth,
Thank you VERY MUCH for doing that coaching session.. I was the big guy ( Goran ) with the 1 line about No hard Feelings. Your insight helped me prepare for the role in a few different ways! Seeing how I did not have alot to express myself with verbage wise, using the techniques of seeing how others ere reacting, and acting to me, helped me get into a good mental state fo rthe scenes I was in. I just saw that you were hosting a session in Ft. Meyers. I am going to try to make it to it. I money/time/schedule permit.

Thank you again, from ALL of us, myself especially from Legend Of The Red Reaper.
Filming by the way, is going great, and we're about 1/2 way completed.
